Private Health Insurance
Most private health insurers cover chiropractic but it depends on your level of cover. Please refer to your insurer for what is covered and how much.
We use Hicaps and rebates can be processed electronically. This means your rebate is immediate.
You do not need a medical referral to seek chiropractic treatment, either privately or under insurance, excluding DVA and Medicare under Chronic Disease Management (CDM). We accept:
Medicare: CDM: A referral is required by your GP. A maximum of 5 visits is permissible in a calendar year (including all other allied health services under the scheme).
Motor Vehicle Insurance
Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA): A referral is required, speak to your Local Medical Officer, General Practitioner or medical specialist on how to obtain a referral, or visit http://www.dva.gov.au/ for more information.
